Sundays at The Hawthorn really are something to look forward to! Our award-winning Sunday roast has been featured by national newspapers and we made it to 1st place in the UK with ‘Rate Good Roasts’.

Preparation for our famous Sunday roasts begins on Wednesday, with Head Chef, Imogen Tilt, and Lead Sous Chef, Matt Wormwald, starting the complex flavour-infused gravy; the busy Kitchen team then starts to prepare the delicious sides - everything, including the Yorkshire puddings is created in-house. Days, weeks (or even months) before your booking, General manager, Rachel Garlick and Assistant Manager, Maisy Green, are busy allocating tables, perfecting the Private Dining Room, liaising with guests and ensuring that everything is just perfect for your Sunday roast at The Hawthorn, Haworth.
