FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where can I park?
Parking is available at the Brontë Parsonage Museum Car Park or at Weavers Hill Car Park. If some members of your group have limited mobility, you can stop outside briefly to drop off / collect.
Are you dog friendly?
Yes - please let us know when making your reservation and we’ll have the treats and dog bed ready.
Please be aware that other diners may not be dog lovers, so your dog should be as discreet as possible.
Can I bring a pram?
Yes, but we do please ask for these to be folded down due to the size of our seating areas; the building is comprised of three old cottages and space is tight! If you need to bring a large pram, please let us know in advance.
Are you wheelchair friendly?
Yes - it is possible (with some assistance) to get a wheelchair into our ground floor dining room and bar area. Please note that Haworth Main Street is a steep cobbled hill and we don’t officially have step-free access; customer toilets are on the first floor.
Can we bring our own wine / champagne / non-alcoholic beverage?
Yes - corkage is available on special request and is limited to 1 bottle per table.
We charge £5 corkage, and £10 corkage for champagne.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Baby changing facilities are located in our ladies’ washroom area on the first floor. Due to the size and layout of the building, we do not have baby changing facilities in the gentlemen’s washroom; if a male customer wishes to use the baby changing facility, please speak to a member of staff and this can, of course, be arranged.
Are you open on Public Holidays?
We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and this includes Bank Holiday Mondays. We do not open on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. We are open on Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
Do you have outdoor seating available?
We have tables on our front terrace, overlooking the cobbled Main Street. Due to the possibility of inclement weather, these are not bookable but, in some circumstances, it may be possible to transfer your table to one on the terrace (dining for 2 guests per table). Please note that smoking is allowed on our outside tables.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Of course - if we have availability, you are more than welcome to walk in; we are often fully booked, so the only tables available may be in the Bar area, which can be a bit more busy.
